After the design is finalized, we’ll send you the design for approval. We want to make sure everything is perfect, so we encourage you to ask questions or request adjustments at this stage. Once you give us the go-ahead, we move to production.

4. Production

With the design approved, our state-of-the-art factory takes over. We use high-quality materials, the latest technology, and skilled artisans to create each candle to your specifications. Once packaged, your candles are shipped to you, and we’ll send you tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery.
